VIENNA – The U.S. and its allies are lobbying Russia and China for joint action at a meeting focused on concerns Iran's nuclear program could be used to make weapons.
The 35-nation board meeting of the International Atomic Energy Agency is set to review a report from IAEA chief that outlines such concerns.
The conference opens Monday amid growing fears that Israel may soon strike Iran in an attempt to destroy its nuclear facilities.
