Tripoli - Several men have been killed and others have been injured in the violent clashes through the night in Tarhuna.
According to the reports of Libya's High Security Commission, the clashes occurred between armed groups and the Libyan regular army in Tarhuna, 80 km South-East of Tripoli, during an operation of the security forces who were pursuing the suspects of last Sunday's bombings in Tripoli.
The source also added that there are reports of victims and injuries on both fronts, without however providing a precise tally.
The operation is still under way and the Government forces are combing the Melghet El Waqa mountains at the gates of Tarhuna.
32 people have so far been arrested for the two car-bombs that exploded last Sunday in Tripoli causing 2 victims, who investigators say have admitted their responsibility in the bombings.
